In contrary to common comparisons with a machine or computer, the brain is an incredibly chaotic and complex system that can’t be reduced to linear mathematics. Just as a butterfly in a meadow might flap its wings and a storm is born on the Pacific Ocean, the brain is highly sensitive to internal factors making long-term predictions of its activity almost impossible to make.
